• Full Conference – $350 ($300 if registered and paid by July 1, 2013)
• Full Conference Student Rate – $140 ($110 if registered and paid by July 1, 2013)
• Single Day – $230 ($180 if registered and paid by July 1, 2013)
• Single Day Student Rate – $80 ($65 if registered and paid by July 1, 2013)
