Message from the Chair

Dear Colleagues,

The organizing committee and I would like to invite you to attend the 50th Rocky Mountain Conference on Analytical Chemistry which will be held July 27 - July 31, 2008. The conference site is the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado.

The NMR Symposium will focus on the recent development of solid-state NMR techniques and applications. The symposium consists of oral and poster sessions and a Vendor's Carnival. We are pleased to announce that this year's Vaughan Lecturer is Professor Clare Grey from Stony Brook University.   Other invited speakers include:

In addition to invited speakers, oral presentations will be selected by the Organizing Committee from among the submitted abstracts which indicate preference for oral presentation. Two poster sessions will provide a more relaxed environment for the dissemination of the latest results. The Vendor's Carnival will provide an opportunity for representatives from the NMR vendors to discuss NMR problems as well as to promote their latest technological advancements and products.
